Although the duties of the jobs varied, I noticed how the people and their needs did not change. I was very content not being a manager because people don't talk to or confide in management people. The working needs were seldom brought to light. I approached this as another challenge to help others, if they wanted it.
My education was limited to the 12th grade and technical experiences, this was my choice. It bothered me a lot that society felt a person wasn't intelligent unless they took higher education. I took education at a different angle. I attended the "School of Hard Knocks" and graduated the top 10%. I gained 1 ability that many formal education students didn't. That is common sense. With that ability I have helped many others.
As I have found and shared, help others unselfishly and you will be rewarded.
Now I hope this book will help many others.
A special Thank you to my wife, Lana. Then Thank you to my friends, family and an encouraging mgr. Cindy Marshall and other associates.
Sincerely
Ron Nitchiever menos
