Among other ways of earning a living, he's worked as a painter, construction worker, lab assistant, office manager, printer, and pizza delivery boy, and medical researcher/ghostwriter. He's worked on fishing boats in the Gulf of Mexico and dug his own outhouse while living in a shack in the mountains. His eclectic experiences give him unique and thought-provoking opinions on history, humanity, science, and life in general. He wrote Lowcountry Rising over the course of a year and a half while working as a prison guard in a Federal prison. He wrote the surreal and historically accurate The Not-So-Old Man and the Sea-Adventures into the Mind of Ernest Hemingway while recovering from a near-fatal accident. He wrote 'Twas the Night Before Cubbies, and 'Twas the Night Before Eagles between the two while trying to keep his spirits up. He's currently working on his next novel titled Upcountry Falling, the sequel to Lowcountry Rising and second in the planned trilogy. His books can be found on Amazon and PerigreePub.com.ver menos
