A social call with the cathedral's gargoyles and chimera on the cathedral roof inspired him to write this little book. He is the author of The Greatest Brush, a biography of the artist Frank Duveneck, a Covington native who painted the murals in the cathedral's Blessed Sacrament Chapelver menos
