This week I have a little twist for you guys!

I usually bring volleyball players here so you can learn with their experiences as athletes (it seems very obvious, I know!). But today… Today me and Daniela talked a lot about her coaching career.

Daniela is a huge reference in Portugal. She’s been part of the National Team as a libero for several years, and has always been known to play with lots of energy, passion and grit, making her a great example for so many players. So maybe you already know this Dani, but did you also know she has been working as a coach with younger athletes since she was 16/17 years old?

Well, if you didn’t, today’s episode is a great chance for you to hear about how these experiences helped her as an athlete, as a person and obviously as a coach too! Her views of how to teach younger players, how to make them want to work hard and aim to be a professional volleyball player in the future are some interesting topics you can hear here today.
